It comes with a huge 30' x 11' hard top awning over a custom built 30' x 10' pressure treated deck.

This trailer sleeps 7 with 2 separate bedrooms: 1 gueen bed and 1 set of bunks. Roof air conditioning and 2 large tip outs.

The shed, BBQ, dining table & 4 chairs (on deck), 4 plastic Adirondack chairs outside surround sound are all included.
